On November 30, 2025 at 5:00 AM EST we will be applying a software patch to the TeamMate B2BUAs that will optimize memory performance and correct a condition that can corrupt provisioning data.
During the maintenance window calling and SIP registrations will be impaired for approximately 10 minutes on each B2BUA server, as each restarts. No other services will be impacted and the maintenance will not affect customers with dedicated infrastructure.
