Update - As of 17:00 EDT inbound calling has stabilized except for a small subset of customers traversing the edge proxy pr1.connecttoteams.com (52.255.184.52). We have identified the cause of the issue and are working on a permanent solution. We expect full resolution within the next several hours. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

Resolved - At approximately 12:19 PM EDT the edge proxy running at 23.29.127.82 (pr24.connecttoteams.com) experienced performance issues causing an interruption in SIP registrations for approximately 7,000 users. After the virtual machine running this service was restarted 13:29 PM EDT registrations started normalizing, and service was fully restored by 13:51 PM EDT. An RFO will be available once analysis of the issue is complete.
