Scheduled - On Sunday, October 25, 2026 between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM EDT, we will be applying a software update to some of our ConnecttoTeams B2BUAs and edge proxies, covering the following:

- Fixes calls that use late offer, where the initial call setup request (SIP INVITE) does not include media details and audio is negotiated later in the call. These calls are now routed through a media relay, so they connect with two-way audio as expected.

During the maintenance window, calling may be briefly impaired as the B2BUA service restarts. No other services will be impacted, and the maintenance will not affect customers with dedicated infrastructure.

Critical vulnerabilities in PHP
Resolved - On October 21, 2026, two critical remote code execution vulnerabilities in PHP (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619) were publicly disclosed. Our security team assessed all of our systems as soon as the advisory was released.

None of our critical systems were affected. A limited number of non-critical systems were running affected PHP versions; these have been updated to patched releases and are fully remediated. We have found no evidence that these vulnerabilities were exploited in our environment.
No action is required from customers. Service availability was not impacted. If you have any questions, please contact our support.
