On Sunday, October 25, 2026 between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM EDT, we will be applying a software update to some of our ConnecttoTeams B2BUAs and edge proxies, covering the following:
- Fixes calls that use late offer, where the initial call setup request (SIP INVITE) does not include media details and audio is negotiated later in the call. These calls are now routed through a media relay, so they connect with two-way audio as expected.
During the maintenance window, calling may be briefly impaired as the B2BUA service restarts. No other services will be impacted, and the maintenance will not affect customers with dedicated infrastructure.
