On Sunday, July 12, 2026 at 5:00 AM EDT we will be applying a software update to the TeamMate B2BUAs. This update applies patches to how forwarded and redirected calls are handled — specifically the SIP Diversion and History-Info headers — and adds an additional B2BUA server to our shared pool for capacity.

During the maintenance window, calling and SIP registrations will be impaired for approximately 10 minutes on each B2BUA server as it restarts. No other services will be impacted, and the maintenance will not affect customers with dedicated infrastructure.
