On Sunday, September 6, 2026 at 5:00 AM EDT we will be applying a software patch to the ConnecttoTeams B2BUAs and edge proxies, covering a fix for no topology hiding and a fix for consultative transfer with AI Voice Agent support. The maintenance window runs from 5:00 AM to 6:00 AM EDT.

During the maintenance window, calling and SIP registrations will be impaired for approximately 10 minutes as the servers restart. No other services will be impacted, and the maintenance will not affect customers with dedicated infrastructure.
